This has to be my favorite post of the whole year! Weddings are my absolute favorite and I love to relive them again.
Scrolling through all these again make me so emotional and thankful for all my couples who allowed me to be a part of their special days. I used to be so scared to do my very first wedding and now I can't imagine not having them be the biggest part of my business. This year, I got to photograph 15 weddings between Michigan and Florida! I moved in the middle of the year so flying back and forth to make sure I was there for my couples was defiantly tiring but so worth it!
I can't wait to see what 2018 brings!
My first wedding of 2017 was of Megan & David! They had a rustic farm wedding where Megan even got to feed a cow!
Then I got to head over to the GVSU campus and photograph Katie & Josh's wedding. Their wedding party was a blast!
Derek & Eva's country club wedding was amazing! Their adorable son was involved and loving every moment.
Matt & Lindsey's pier wedding was so much fun. They rented a huge house to get ready in and then we got to take photos over the lake!
We then packed everything up and headed to Florida! Of course a beach wedding was a must with Sara & Andrew!
I hopped back on a plane and headed back to Michigan for Jordyn & Joe's wedding. We went back to the same park we took their engagement photos at for their first look!
Another Michigan wedding I got to attend was Cody & Alexis's wedding! Her bridal party was so sweet! They were all so welcoming as they danced to Taylor Swift and made breakfast before the ceremony. Cody is a marine so seeing them reunite had me in tears. I loved getting to photograph another photographer!
I've always wanted to photograph a wedding at the Addison and with Justin & Sarah's wedding, I was able to cross that off my bucket list! Their wedding was filled with beautiful blush and grey tones that made their day perfect. They said their "I do"s at sunset and danced while the sun went down.
The rain didn't stop these two because they were determined to have a warm wedding. Giselle & Drew flew into South Florida to get married in our sunshine. They are even flying back to I can do a trash the dress session with them!
I got to fly back to Michigan for Rebecca & Aaron's fall purple wedding. She put so many small details into their wedding, I had so much to photograph! They got married on a beautiful fall day where the trees were starting to turn and the weather wasn't too hot or cold.
